Can I use COM? (Customer's Own Material)
Yes, you can send us your own material to be used on any custom piece at no extra charge – however, please note that we are unable to accept fabrics that require matching, such as stripes or patterns. Contact your trade representative for yardage quantities and details on shipping your fabric to us.
What are the shipping/delivery details, and where do you ship?
Shipping is available to the contiguous United States only. Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, or international addresses at this time.
We take shipping seriously—each item is meticulously wrapped and securely boxed to ensure safe and flawless delivery.
Our delivery partners are experts in white-glove furniture delivery service, carefully placing each piece in the chosen room and removing all packaging materials. Successful install photos are taken at the time of delivery and the client receives a survey to guarantee satisfaction and a safe delivery.
Can I expedite my order?
We’re happy to offer one complimentary rush order every six months, subject to approval based on factory workload and fabric availability. Contact us to discuss your timeline and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Is there a minimum order?
